Delft Imaging

With their CAD4TB solution, Delft Imaging makes it possible to scan X-rays and use AI to determine whether someone is affected by tuberculosis in seconds. Tuberculosis remains a major health challenge in many countries across Africa, South America, and Asia. With the CAD4TB system, medical professionals can diagnose patients faster, enabling earlier detection and treatment, ultimately saving lives.

MiniDis supports this innovation by providing reliable mini-PCs and hardware that power Delft Imaging’s AI-driven system and by offering rapid prototyping. This approach enabled the development of the CAD4TBbox, a portable AI screening solution for locations with limited infrastructure. The device allows on-site AI analysis of chest X-rays without relying on stable electricity or internet. It has a six-hour battery life, stores images locally to protect patient data, and can upload them securely to the CAD4TB-cloud when connectivity is available. The system also integrates with PACS, expanding access to lung health diagnostics worldwide.
