Stan Hollander ICT

MiniDis supplied the Fitlet2 to Stan Hollander ICT in North Holland to support their highly automated flower‑packaging workflow. The device serves as the compact, reliable computing core inside their production setup. There it communicates directly with their in‑house application, which provides the data needed to identify each plant. Every flower receives its own unique number before moving further down the line.

As part of the process, sensors connected to the Fitlet2 scan the flowers as they pass. These sensors also monitor the label printers, making sure the right information is available at exactly the right moment. The Fitlet2 then runs Stan Hollander ICT’s own sticker software, which retrieves data from a central server and prepares the correct barcode label for each plant.

Once the label is ready, the Fitlet2 coordinates with a robot arm that applies the barcode sticker directly onto the flower packaging. This combination of rugged hardware, custom software, and automated mechanics allows Stan Hollander ICT to maintain a smooth, accurate, and efficient labeling process.
